From a French mash, Palisson Batch 02 is made using the traditional method of double distillation in our copper pot stills.
The eau-de-vie then join Palisson cellar to start its maturation. It will last at least three years, in oak barrels from the Limousin forest that were previously filled with rum.
Golden appearance
Round and perfumed on the nose. Aromas of pear, blond tobacco and warm bread.
Subtle and light on the palate, smoky notes, flavours of pear, cereals and bread dough. Good length on the finish. Beautiful aromatic balance. Nice finish.
