Hold Up
GIN
Our Hold Up Gin is the fruit of a collaboration between the expertise of a distiller and the imagination of a mystery writer. The result is a perfect cocktail of precision, inspiration and passion. Hold Up is an artisanal gin distilled in copper stills in the Cognac region. Its unique recipe brings out the quintessence of carefully selected botanicals.
Palisson
whiskY from France
From a French brew, Palisson is produced using the Charentais method of double distillation in traditional stills. Once distilled, the eau-de-vie is transferred to the Palisson cellar, where it is aged in Limousin oak barrels that have previously contained cognac, giving it harmony, smoothness and delicacy.
Excellency Club
whisky blended malt
Excellency Club is the fusion of Scottish and French know-how. Les Brûleries Modernes selects a whisky from the southern Highlands and brings it to Cognac. Blended Malt is a blend of 2 single malts, aged in Bourbon casks. Once in our cellars, it is matured for several months in casks containing Delpech Fougerat Cognac.
