Palisson batch 03
From a French mash, Palisson Batch 03 is made using the traditional method of double distillation in our copper pot stills.
The eau-de-vie then join Palisson cellar to start its maturation. It will last at least three years, in oak barrels that were previously filled with Bourbon.
