From a French mash, Palisson Batch 01 is made using the traditional method of double distillation in our copper pot stills.
The eau-de-vie then joins Palisson cellar to start its maturation. It will last at least three years, in oak barrels from the Limousin forest that were previously filled with cognac.
Golden appearance
Lively, powerful and fragrant. Aromas of pear, white peach, malt, white flowers. Spicy (vanilla and cinnamon) and buttery notes
On the palate, it is supple and round. The notes of malt are predominant over the ones of pear and biscuit. It is well balanced with a long finish.
